As Head of Client Relationships at Screen Facts, Kalpesh is responsible for providing strategic direction to ensure that the company's business model attains scalability which will help in expanding to new geographic territories. In addition his responsibilities include sales, business development, marketing and managing / growing relationships with customers. He also has the overall responsibility of end to end service delivery and client relationships. Kalpesh has industry experience of over 9 years having worked for Philips India & Standard Chartered Bank. His last assignment was as a Business Manager in the Consumer Banking Business of Standard Chartered Bank. He has worked in roles spanning sales and product management. His experience includes managing sales,product profitability, new customer acquisition and growth, strategy formulation, planning and executing on new initiatives for growth, and spearheading service endeavors for customers.
Kalpesh holds a graduate degree in Production Engineering from the Bombay University and holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies from the prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. "

At Screen Facts, Amit Parikh Head the Service Delivery Function and has overall responsibility for building operational framework needed for delivering screening services. Amit brings strong capabilities in service delivery and execution excellence. Amit has an overall work experience of over 8 years. He has been with Pharma Industry, Background Screening industry and has worked with Organizations such as Rhone Poluenc, Tops Grup where he was instrumental in setting-up service delivery unit during their start-up phase in their intelligence division. Amit brings to the company experience in varied areas like statutory and management accounting, documentation and implementation of financial processes and procedures, procurement & service delivery.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and a Masters Degree in Management from Prince L N Wellingker Institute of Management.
He is an associate member of ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA )
